Reason:
The DEFAULT RESPONSE name specified on the Function Definition screen names a response that has not been defined for the application on the Response Definition screen. This is probably a user error. Change the DEFAULT RESPONSE name, specifying a defined response; or define the response on the Response Definition screen.
