Reason:
Functions defined as user programs cannot have responses defined to them as valid. The Valid Responses screen was selected from a Function Definition screen, where the function type was specified as P (program). If the function type on the Function Definition screen was erroneously specified, correct it; otherwise, do not attempt to define valid responses for this function.
