<load-module-name> LOAD FAILED: REASON = <code>
Reason:
An attempt to load a control block has failed for the reason specified. The control blocks are:
- ADSOOPTI (or a site-specified synonym) created by program ADSOBSYS and containing system generation parameters.
- $ACF@TAT created by the application compiler and containing a list of valid task codes and corresponding application names.
- The Application Definition Block (ADB) whose name matches the name of the application being executed, created by the application compiler and containing the application definition parameters.
The reason codes for the load failure are as follows:
- NOST = available storage is insufficient to load the requested module.
- IOER = an I/O error occurred during the load.
- LDCF = the requested module is in use by another task and has been temporarily overlayed by another module, causing a storage location conflict.
- DEAD = the requested module cannot be loaded because of insufficient storage and to wait would cause a deadlock.
This message is accompanied by an ABEND dump. Rerun the job after making appropriate corrections. If the problem cannot be corrected, print the dump and contact Technical Support for assistance.
