Reason:

The pad character specified in the PAD clause of an MFLD statement is specified incorrectly. A pad character is specified in either of the following formats:

• A character pad is specified in the form C'©', where © is an alphanumeric value enclosed in single quotes
• A hexadecimal pad is specified in the form H'<hh>', where <hh> is a hexadecimal value enclosed in single quotes
