Reason:

The PAD clause of the MFLD statement was specified incorrectly. When specified, PAD must be followed by one of the following values:

• The keyword NO
• A character value in the form C'©', where © is an alphanumeric value enclosed in single quotes
• A hexadecimal value in the form H'<hh>', where <hh> is a hexadecimal value enclosed in single quotes
