Reason:
This message is generated during a commit or backout operation if a Resource Manager Interface (RMI) exit has either not been registered with the transaction manager or has subsequently been disabled. If this occurs during a phase 1 commit operation, the operation is terminated. If this occurs during a phase 2 commit operation, the operation proceeds but will not complete immediately. Resynchronization will complete it at a later time. If this occurs during a backout operation, the operation continues but the exit is not called again. Resynchronization may be needed to complete the operation.
