Reason:
This message is generated during a commit or backout operation if a Manager Interface (RMI) exceeds the number of times that it is allowed to request an immediate call back. If this occurs during a phase 1 commit operation, the operation is terminated. If this occurs during a phase 2 commit operation, the operation proceeds but will not complete immediately. Resynchronization will complete it at a later time. If this occurs during a backout operation, the operation continues, but the exit is not called again. Resynchronization may be needed to complete the operation.
