Reason:
When processing a KEEP LONGTERM PERMANENT verb, the system noted that there was no XTA storage since no extent areas were defined in the DMCL module. Either add the appropriate extent areas to the DMCL or avoid use of the KEEP LONGTERM PERMANENT verb.
