Reason:
When processing a KEEP LONGTERM PERMANENT verb, a deadlock occurred while waiting for storage in the storage pool. Upon encountering this error, a minor code of 01 will be returned in subschema control and a value of 8 returned in register 15. Check for either of these return codes and take the appropriate action.
