Reason:
A CLOSE MAP command was encountered for the input map, but that map was not open for the type of close (INPUT or IO) specified; or a CLOSE MAP was encountered for the output map, but that map was not open. Correct the dialog logic so that a CLOSE MAP command for a specific map type will occur only if that map type was previously opened. Note that a map is automatically opened when a READ or WRITE TRANSACTION command is executed and that the input map is opened for IO when a READ TRANSACTION IO command is executed.
