Reason:
A CLOSE MAP command was encountered for the map type specified, where <maptype> = INPUT, OUTPUT or IO. The dialog does not have a map of the type specified. Note that when a CLOSE ALL MAPS or a CLOSE MAP without any map type specification is encountered, this error will not occur. Correct the dialog so as to eliminate CLOSE commands that specify a map type that the dialog does not contain.
