Reason:
A program designated to process a user-defined or CA ADS supplied built-in function could not be loaded due to a hardware failure, a system failure, or a deadlock condition. See the #LOAD macro in the CA IDMS DML Reference Guide for Assembler for an explanation of the return code associated with this message. The load failure could be caused by a temporary condition. However, if the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
