Reason:
A user-defined or CA ADS supplied built-in function was encountered during execution of the dialog; however, the program that is designated to process the function could not be loaded. The program was not defined to DC, it was marked out of service, or a null PDE could not be allocated for the program. Programs designated to process built-in functions must be made available to DC at runtime.
