Five-Method Design

The design method proposed in this manual is organized into the following five steps:

1. Analyzing the problem
2. Developing the design
3. Building a prototype
4. Writing process code for the dialogs
5. Testing and implementing the application

These steps are discussed below, followed by a presentation of issues that underlie the entire design process.
