Windows での CA Executive Insight サーバの開始/停止

Windows サービスを作成し、CA Executive Insight が自動的に開始されるように選択した場合、プログラムのインストール後に製品を実行します。 Windows サービスを作成し、CA Executive Insight が自動的に開始されないように選択した場合、プログラムを手動で開始します。

サービスから CA Executive Insight サーバを開始する方法

1. タスク マネージャの［サービス］タブから、［CA Executive Insight for Service Assurance］を選択します。
2. ［開始］ボタンをクリックします。

   CA Executive Insight サーバが開始します。

Windows 上の CA Executive Insight サーバを手動で開始する方法

1. MySQL サービスが実行中であることを確認します。
2. 以下のファイルをダブルクリックします。

   install_dir¥Executive_Insight_For_SA.exe
   

   install_dir

   CA Executive Insight がインストールされているディレクトリを指定します。

   CA Executive Insight サーバが開始します。

サービスから CA Executive Insight サーバを停止する方法

1. タスク マネージャの［サービス］タブから、［CA Executive Insight for Service Assurance］を選択します。
2. ［停止］ボタンをクリックします。

   CA Executive Insight サーバが停止します。

CA Executive Insight サーバ プロセスを停止する方法

1. Executive_Insight_For_SA.exe によって起動されたコマンド プロンプト ウィンドウを閉じます。
2. CA Executive Insight サーバが停止します。
