在 Windows 上启动/停止 CA Executive Insight 服务器

如果选择创建 Windows 服务，并自动启动 CA Executive Insight，那么在安装程序之后运行产品。 但是，如果选择创建 Windows 服务并不自动启动，则手动启动程序。

从服务启动 CA Executive Insight 服务器

1. 从任务管理器的“服务”选项卡中，选择“CA Executive Insight for Service Assurance”。
2. 单击“启动”按钮。

   此时 CA Executive Insight 服务器将启动。

在 Windows 上手工启动 CA Executive Insight 服务器

1. 确认 MySQL 服务处于运行状态。
2. 双击以下文件：

   install_dir\Executive_Insight_For_SA.exe
   

   install_dir

   指定 CA Executive Insight 的安装目录。

   此时 CA Executive Insight 服务器将启动。

从服务停止 CA Executive Insight 服务器

1. 从任务管理器的“服务”选项卡中，选择“CA Executive Insight for Service Assurance”。
2. 单击“停止”按钮。

   此时 CA Executive Insight 服务器将停止。

停止 CA Executive Insight 服务器进程

1. 关闭由 Executive_Insight_For_SA.exe 启动的命令提示符窗口。
2. 此时 CA Executive Insight 服务器将停止。
