It is a good practice to defer configuring subscription until you have installed all planned CA Enterprise Log Manager servers. If you prefer to get subscription updates right away, consider overriding the value for how long downloaded updates are to be retained from the default of 30 days, to an interval that allows for all planned CA Enterprise Log Manager servers to be installed and updated before the first cleanup is performed. Any new servers added as subscription clients after one or more cleanups have been performed will miss the updates made available prior to the cleanup. If you install new servers after cleanup has occurred, configure them as their own subscription proxies so all updates available from the CA Subscription server can be applied. After this occurs, you can reconfigure the new servers as subscription clients.
