Verify Access to RSS Feed for Subscription

When you begin to configure global subscription settings, verify that your default subscription proxy server can access the predefined RSS feed URL. If the available modules to download list is populated, that indicates successful access.

If the available modules to download area is not populated and your server is behind a firewall, be sure to configure the HTTP proxy settings, so that online proxies can contact the RSS feed.
