Specify Journal Options for a Physical Object

The Journal tab appears on selected physical storage object property editors to provide an easy way to add journal options.

To specify journal options for a physical object

1. Open the property editor for a physical object and click the Journal tab.
2. Work with the following options on the Journal tab:

   Before Journal Image

   Specifies the image type of the before journal image. Select from the drop-down list. Valid values are: None, Dual, and Single.

   After Journal Image

   Specifies the image type of the after journal image. Select from the drop-down list. Valid values are: None, Dual, Single, Local, and Not Local.

   With Journal

   Specifies the default journal table.

3. Click Close.

   The editor closes.
