Rename a Diagram

You can use the Diagram Editor to rename a diagram in your model.

To rename a diagram

1. Click Diagrams on the Diagram menu.

   The Diagram editor opens.

2. Select the diagram that you want to rename, then click the name to activate in-place editing.
3. Enter the new name in the Name box. Continue to work with other options in the Diagram Editor, or click Close to save your changes and close the editor.

   Note: If you are working on a Logical/Physical model and rename a diagram in the logical side, it is automatically changed in the physical side, when you rename for the first time. If you rename in the logical side the second time, the new name does not display automatically in the physical side; you have to change it manually.
