Drag Model Objects within the Model Explorer

In the Model Explorer, you can drag model objects from one folder to another to copy or move model objects or to include membership in a subject area. For example, in the Model view, you can drag an entity to another subject area, and the entity is included as a member of that subject area.

Depending on the type of object that you select, when you drop the object, the original object moves, creates a copy of the original object, or includes the object as a member of a subject area. The following lists each object type that you can drag, and the default action performed when you drag the object.
