Reason:
The utility has detected out of sync condition where the OV file index pointer does not match the corresponding LDS file data index record.
Action:
OV / LDS file synchronization issues can be resolved by executing the DSEXLSY(L) or DSEXOSY(L) synchronization utilities, which are documented in the "Utilities" chapter of the Systems Programmer Guide.
