Reason:
A call was made to ISPLINK (or ISPEXEC) service using the Module Intercept (MI) facility. The parameter list supplied to ISPLINK is above the 16M line. The MI facility only supports ISPLINK parameter list below the 16M line. This is an internal message to assist in the diagnosis of a problem encountered during system operation.
