This TSO message accompanies message 4473. You have the option of allowing CADisk to continue retrying the open until is succeeds.

Action:

If you reply n then the open will fail. You can try again later. Since the lockout caused by the static backup is a temporary condition, you can choose to wait for the database to become free by replying y. CADisk will go into a retry loop where it attempts to open the database every 5 seconds. At any time, you can press the ATTN key to interrupt the retry logic.
