Reason:
The TSO command or ISPF function was attempting to open the CADisk database, but the DBBKSTAT job is currently being used to make a static backup of that database. No other task is allowed to have the database open while a static backup is being made. This will most likely be a temporary condition. Accompanying this message is message 4474 which will give you the option of retrying or not. The list of databases being accessed is appended to the end of the message.
