Reason:
The current operation is based on DBID only. That is, the user has not specified a FILES data set name, such as the case of the COMBINE command. No database with the DBID (nnn) could be found in the ADSDC650 control table.
Action:
The operation fails. Verify the STEPLIB contains the expected ADSDC650 load module.
