Reason:
(status) can be 1 begins, 2 begins, or complete. In the conversion process, the ARCHVOLS are copied to the database first. During this process disk ARCHVOLS are assigned new ARCHVOL volume numbers. This information is tabled in memory. The DSNINDEX records are converted next. As they are read, they are updated with the newly assigned disk ARCHVOL volume numbers where appropriate. (Tape ARCHVOLS remain unchanged.) The byte counts and block counts from the DSNINDEX records are accumulated in the table. Once all the DSNINDEX records have been read, the accumulator for each ARCHVOL in the table is complete. The ARCHVOLS are then updated in phases:
