Reason:
There are multiple CONVERT commands (multiple conversion jobs) running that are converting different FILES data sets into the same database. Disk ARCHVOLS are re-sequenced as part the conversion process. In order to assign a new disk ARCHVOL volume number, the ARCHVOLS table must be locked. The lock is currently unavailable because another CONVERT command owns it. The current CONVERT command waits for the lock.
