ERROR DELETING RECORD = (ddd) IN ARCHCMDS SUBFILE

Reason:

Archive Dispose function encountered an error while processing the expired entry (ddd). Chaining errors in your Files Data Set may exist, possibly only in the ARCHCMDS subfile.

Action:

Ensure there are no pending queued archive commands by issuing the LISTREQ command.

Note: For information about how to execute a Files Data Set STATUS Report, see the sections FDS Management, and FDS Status Report in the Systems Guide.

On the STATUS Report, verify that the column Overflow Blocks is zero for all subfiles. If overflow blocks exist, increase the number of indexing blocks in the FILEDEFN member of PARMLIB, and REORG the Files Data Set. If problems occur during the REORG process, UNLOAD all subfiles except for ARCHCMDS, then reinitialize a new ARCHCMDS by issuing a RELOAD.
