Reason:
An attempt was made to obtain the optimum block size factor through DASD CALCULATION SERVICES for the data set when moving or copying it to the target volume.
A possible reason for the occurrence is that the DASD CALCULATION SERVICES were not found.
If this message is issued, an IBM operating system problem may be the cause.
