Reason:
When using the Archive Tape Recovery Utility, an attempt to reposition the input tape to the beginning of a data set has failed. Processing is halted. Any output tapes created during this job run may still be good. Use the Archive Tape Analysis Utility to determine if the tapes should be kept.
