Reason:
When using the Archive Tape Recovery Utility, an I/O error occurred while transferring data blocks to the output tape for data set (ddd). The data set will be bypassed. Any data block successfully transferred to the output tape will be removed. Only complete and error-free data set data blocks will be kept on the output tape.
