Reason:
In locating all the volumes for a specific archive data set, CADisk has discovered that not all records have been found for the archive data set. That is, the volume count in the first index record does not correspond to the number of volume records chained. The volume record for key (kkk) is missing.
Action:
This condition should never arise. Verify that no special maintenance to archive volume records has caused the error. Use the archive volume record report to verify the status of the records. Use the CADisk REBUILD utility to correct the situation.
