MULTIVOLUME DATA SET (ddd) ON VOLUME (vvv) CANNOT BE PROCESSED. CATALOG INDICATES DATA SET IS CATALOGED TO THE FOLLOWING: VOLUME SEQUENCE NUMBER (nn1) IS VOLUME (vv1)VOLUME SEQUENCE NUMBER (nn5) IS VOLUME (vv5)

Reason:

CADisk encountered an error while trying to process multivolume data set (ddd). Data set (ddd) was found on volume (vvv), but when the catalog was searched, it indicated that this data set is cataloged to other volumes, (vv1 to vv). Multivolume data set (ddd) is probably an uncataloged data set with the same data set name as the one found in the catalog. Processing for this data set name is bypassed.

The cataloged data set with the same data set name may or may not be a multivolume data set. The second part of the message will indicate this through the volume sequence numbers (maximum of 5).
