Reason:
CADisk encountered an invalid physical block while reading the Files Data Set. The block does not have a format valid for the Files Data Set. CADisk assumed an end-of-file condition for the file being processed. All records up to the point of the error were processed.
Action:
Verify all records in the Files Data Set are present and correct. If errors are suspected, recover the Files Data Set with available backup copies and the use of existing archive tape volumes.
