Reason:
Processing had called for a change in the catalog status of a data set. A previous message describes the error that occurred during the catalog update attempt. In order to maintain the highest degree of catalog and VTOC synchronization, each scratch request is conditioned upon the success of any accompanying catalog update request. Correct the condition that caused the catalog update failure and resubmit the job.
