Reason:
ISAM data set (ddd) has been allocated (or preallocated) on volume (vvv). However, the format-2 DSCB, which contains many of the ISAM data set attributes, cannot be found on the volume. CADisk does not support multivolume ISAM data sets, which the absence of the format-2 implies.
Action:
Either preallocates the target ISAM data set correctly as a single volume data set or scratches it and let CADisk allocate it on the target volume.
