Reason:
CADisk has encountered an I/O error while processing an archive tape volume. Processing for the tape volume has been terminated.
Action:
Access method CSW status bytes and ECB return codes indicate more information about the error. See your system programmer to determine the nature of the error.
CADisk will dismount this tape and restart processing of the data set from the beginning on a new tape volume.
