Reason:
The VTOC entry for data set (ddd) on volume (vvv) indicated the data set was a PDS, but an incorrect directory block was found in it during processing.
Action:
Use IBM or other utilities to verify the data set is a PDS of correct format. Recreate or reload an older valid version of the PDS to correct the problem.
