Reason:
CADisk tried to dynamically allocate data set (ddd) on volume (vvv), but failed. The reason it failed is contained in the error codes printed with this message (RC=nn, ERR=nnnn, INF=nnnn). See IBM Guide XXX System Programming Library: Job Management for the meanings of these dynamic allocation error reason codes (XXX = your operating system). CADisk continues processing.
