Reason:
For the first form of the message, CADisk received an I/O error status code while attempting to read a directory block from a PDS. The error code was returned from the CADisk EXCP access routines. See EXCP Access Method Return Codes in the appendix "Common Return Codes" for descriptions of error code meanings. For the second form of the message, the end-of-file mark to indicate the end of the directory was not found.
For both forms of the message, CADisk processing for the data set is terminated. It has not been processed.
