Reason:
An attempt by the DASD EXCP support to open a DCB for processing failed because no UCB was available for the volume. This condition prevents the data set related with the subject volume from being processed.
Action:
See subsequent CADisk messages to determine the name of the PDS in error. Verify the PDS directory is valid. If it is invalid, recreate the PDS or restore it from an earlier version, then rerun the function to process the PDS.
