Reason:
An overflow block split occurred for the designated logical file when CADisk tried to insert a record. This condition will not prevent continued use of the system, but will significantly degrade performance. The record count field in the FILEDEFN member entry should be increased to a number from 50 to 100 percent more than the current record count in the subject logical file. A reorganization of the entire Files Data Set is then required.
