Reason:
This message begins appearing when DASD space in the Files Data Set is reduced and fewer than 100,000 bytes remain. It is a warning that free space is at a low level in the Files Data Set, and that at the earliest convenience reorganization is required, during which the space allocation for the Files Data Set must be increased.
