Delete an Offline Agent
You can delete an offline agent from the Agents pane of the Agents window. When an agent is deleted, all transactions and frames of the agent are removed.
Note: The Delete button displays when an agent is offline.
Follow these steps:
- Select Settings, Agents from the left navigation menu.
The Agents window displays.
- From the Agents pane, locate the agent that you want to delete.
- (Optional) Click Show Filter to use the filter criteria to search for an agent.
- Click Delete.
