The ACCESS Command

Use the ACCESS command to identify a repository to the CA DRAS server and specify the path to the repository file. The ACCESS statement is only valid in the configuration file; it may not be entered as an operator command. The format of the ACCESS command is:

ACCESS REPOSITORY NAME(name) PATH(path) PRODUCT(product)
Name

Specifies the name of the repository file (1-8 characters)

Path

Specifies the path to the repository file.

A path containing special characters can be enclosed in single quotes. The maximum length of the path statement is 44 bytes.

Product

Specifies the type of repository. Valid values are: DISPAT11/VIEW11
