Step 1: Define a Job

1. On the command line of the Primary Selection Menu panel, enter J RECJOB01, and press Enter to display the Reports for Job panel.
2. Do the following on the Reports for Job panel:
   1. Enter SALES RESULTS 2002 in the Desc field.
   2. Enter RPGSTEP under Stepname.
   3. Enter RECREPS under DDname.
   4. Enter RECJOB01-R01 and RECJOB01-R02 under Report ID.
   5. Enter I under Type.
