Step 1: Define a Job

1. On the command line of the Primary Selection Menu panel, enter J U90526, and press Enter to display the Reports for Job panel.
2. Enter QUARTERLY SALES in the Desc field.
3. Do the following on the Reports for Job panel:
   1. Enter SALESTEP under Stepname.
   2. Enter REPORTS under DDname.
   3. Enter U90526-R01 under Report ID.
   4. Enter S under Type.
   5. Enter U90526-R02, U90526-R03, and U90526-R04 under Report ID on the next three lines.
   6. Enter S under Type for each of the other three reports.
