Install ASP.NET if Classification Calls or Dictionary Calls Are Failing

If classification or dictionary calls are failing, install ASP.NET.

Follow these steps:

1. Locate aspnet_regis.exe.

   On 64-bit servers, find this executable in the \Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319 subfolder below the Windows folder.

2. From a command prompt, go to the subfolder that contains aspnet_regis.exe.
3. Run the following command:

   aspnet_regiis -i
