In the current CA DataMinder release, the method used by the Compliance Audit Report to count audit issues associated with user groups has changed.
Previously, if an event had multiple participants managed by a single reviewer but the participants belonged to different management groups, the report counted any audit issues created against each management group even if the issue was not associated with any participants from that group.
Now, the report only counts an audit issue against a management group if the issue is explicitly associated with a participant in that group.
Example: Both the sender and recipient of an inappropriate email are managed by a single reviewer. However, the sender is in the Legal management group and the recipient is in the Sales management group. An audit issue is raised against the sender. Previously, the Compliance Audit Report counted this issue against both the Legal and Sales management groups for this reviewer. Now, it only counts the issue against the reviewer's Legal management group.
